The Office.....

This is the secondary bedroom that we turned into a much needed office. So in here we painted the walls blue, the inside of the closet yellow, and the trim the same tan/cream color that the bedroom is painted. Ripped up the tac-board that was on the floor still from the carpet that use to be in the room and mopped the floor.


Our Bedroom.....

In here, we painted the walls and the trim a tan/cream color. Also ripped up some tac-board in here too and mopped the floor a few times before we threw a rug down over the major portion of the floor that we walk on and left the rest of it alone. Hung a blind over the window, which is broken and can't be used anyway till it gets replaced. We have rearranged things since this picture was taken to give us a little more space. To give you a rough idea, the bed is againist the wall with the nightstand on the opposite side from where it is in these pictures. The shorter dresser is moved to the other side of the door that you see it in front of here. We have made it so we can open that door now and get out onto the porch without having to go through the kitchen door to get through it. The closet is still the same though and in this picture you can see the remodeling that Ryan did to it. (Fyi- in case you didn't look at the before pictures further down the page, there was 2 closets) It works much better for us this way than with the two seperate closets....and from hanging our clothes from the ceiling on a rod. It still needs some work, but its a lot better suited to our needs. We have a lot more room now to store stuff too.
