This is what our basement looks like now. We actually have it organized, for the most part. As you walk down the stairs to the basement and come through the doorway you will see a set of shelves in front of you. The first shelf has mainly our camping gear on it. The second shelf has all the boxes we have yet to unpack, or the stuff that we left in boxes because we either have no room for it or just haven't found need for the stuff yet. Then there is a dividing wall. On the other side of that is where we have our food storage shelf...which as you can see is empty right now. And then an area for all the furniture we are not using and don't have space for. Along the next wall is where Ryan stores all his extra equipment for the floor cleaning business that he owns and operates. Next we have our washer and dryer and finally the wall next to the door is where a pile of stuff lays because we haven't put up shelves yet to put it on. But hey, most of the basement is organized and I must say looks ten times better than it did when we moved in.
